Room Plan
Please take a look at the table plan for the Carlisle Suite on the left. We have a total of 33 tables, each measuring 8 feet in length, arranged in the room. If a table is highlighted in red, it means it has already been taken. For artists, writers, or those with small displays, a single table can be reserved for €30. If you require a larger vendor display, consisting of two tables, the cost is €50. Kindly remember to bring your own table cloths or coverings. Payments must be made in advance using either a credit card or PayPal.
Tables will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. However, for those who miss out on securing a table, we will create a waitlist and notify you if any become available.
Refunds will be granted in full to those who provide us with a minimum of 48 hours' notice of their inability to attend. However, after that timeframe, no refunds will be issued.
