Once you have submitted your form you can then send your film to us at the address below:
Underground CinemaFilms should be submitted to us on a single DVD-R or DVD+R disc. DVDs must be compatible with standard set-top DVD players-- do not simply burn a quicktime or AVI file to a disc as data. Please ensure that your disc plays in a standard DVD player before it is posted to us! We will also accept submissions on dual-layer discs (DVD-R Dual Layer or DVD+R Dual Layer), but if you choose to submit your film in that format, please include a standard DVD-R or DVD+R disc as a backup.
As soon as we receive your DVD in the post we will be in touch to advise you that we received. We will then in be in touch again to advise you if you submission has been successful or not.
Apart from our international submissions, if your film has been selected to be screened we would expect either the director or a member of the cast or crew to attend the screening. It is also worth bearing in mind that your film could be nominated for an award in 2013. The awards ceremony will take place in the Royal Marine Hotel in October 2013 2013. While it is not compulsory to attend, we would hope that someone from the cast and crew would try and make the eventClick here to try again.
