Based on the italian dramatic monologue for theatre ??la barbona ?? written and played by Ketty Governali, Angelo is a scathing story about a woman who lost dignity and hope and who became the scum of society. The only thing that would have prevented her transofrmation from person to beast , was the motherhood, but her lil Angelo is gone . The gray and cold city background is careless about the everyday life of the homeless woman and about her past full of violences , abuses and redemption denied. This is a story that drives the viewers to raise a question about snap judgments and about different perceptions of reality
